Who is this training for?

• Anyone who is responsible for collecting, validating, reporting, or using TL 9000 Measurements, which are required for all certified organizations. 
• Internal auditors who need to audit TL 9000 Measurements (Note: prior internal auditor training is recommended)

What You’ll Learn:

• Organizational requirements for collecting, validating, reporting, and using all TL 9000 measurements
• How to use the TL 9000 Product Category Tables to determine which measurements apply to a given certification scope
• Definitions, counting rules, and calculations for all TL 9000 Measurements
• How to create a registration profile and report measurements using the TL 9000 User Portal
• How to interpret a DSR (Document Submission Report) including Advisories
• Understanding and using Performance Data Reports

Note: Participants are required to bring a copy of the TL 9000 Measurements Handbook

Virtual Instructor-Led Training:

• Class meets remotely in three 2-hour sessions per day for 2 days (Camera, voice, and screen sharing) In addition, individual and group assignments will take up to 2 hours each day.
• The program is highly participative, including individual and group exercises to practice skills
• Small groups: Maximum class size of 15 supports full engagement
• Private classes are customized for your environment. The six 2-hour modules can be scheduled based on your needs and can be spread over two days to two weeks. 
• Note: VILT is appropriate for small organizations and for up to 3 people from an organization who are responsible for TL 9000 Measurements reporting or auditing.  Private training or consulting is better when there are 4 or more from an organization or where an organization has a complex measurements profile. In those cases, so we customize the class to focus on specific organizational needs and methods.
