Who is this training for?

• Anyone new to ISO 9001 internal auditing (no prerequisites)
• Managers and individual contributors who need to prepare to be audited: internal, supplier, or certification audits

What You’ll Learn:

• Understand ISO 9001 overall, including the key concepts and terminology
• Requirements explained in detail by functional area, such as Leadership, Sales, Design, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Sales, Warehouse, Service/Repair, Support functions, etc.  
• How to audit:
  • Planning process-based audits
  • Gathering evidence through interviews and documents
  • Reporting findings
  • Reviewing corrective actions and closing audits 
• This course is based on ISO 19011 and on best practices of high-performing organizations

Note: Participants are required to bring a copy of ISO 9001:2015  

Virtual Instructor-Led Training:

• Class meets remotely in three 2-hour sessions per day for 3 days (Camera, voice, and screen sharing) In addition, individual and group assignments will take up to 2 hours each day.
• The program is highly participative, including individual and group exercises to practice skills
• Small groups: Maximum class size of 15 supports full engagement
• Private classes are customized for your environment. The nine 2-hour modules can be scheduled based on your needs and can be spread over two days (4/day) to three weeks (3/week).
