What You’ll Learn:

• Review key ISO 27001 requirements and controls so you can be more specific in evaluating compliance and effectiveness (customized per class participants' needs)
• Managing an overall audit program, including recruiting, developing, and retaining internal auditors
• Planning complex audits including multi-site processes and corporate support processes with many stakeholders
• Planning and conducting remote audits
• Advanced audit reporting skills
• Gaining stakeholder support for timely and comprehensive corrective action
•  Working with CBs to maximize the value of certification audits
• This course is based on ISO 19011 and on best practices of high performing organizations

Note: Participants are required to bring a copy of ISO 27001.

Virtual Instructor-Led Training:

• Class meets remotely in three 2-hour sessions per day for 2 days (Camera, voice, and screen sharing) In addition, individual and group assignments will take up to 2 hours each day.
• The program is highly participative, including individual and group exercises to practice skills
• Small groups: Maximum class size of 15 supports full engagement
• Private classes are customized for your environment. The six 2-hour modules can be scheduled based on your needs and can be spread over two days to three weeks (2/week).
