• Advanced audit reporting skills
• Gaining stakeholder support for timely and comprehensive corrective action
•  Working with CBs to maximize the value of certification audits
• This course is based on ISO 19011 and on best practices of high-performing organizations

Virtual Instructor-Led Training:

• Class meets remotely in three 2-hour sessions per day for 2 days (Camera, voice, and screen sharing) In addition, individual and group assignments will take up to 2 hours each day.
• The program is highly participative, including individual and group exercises to practice skills
• Small groups: Maximum class size of 15 supports full engagement
• Private classes are customized for your environment. The six 2-hour modules can be scheduled based on your needs and can be spread over two days to three weeks.
